Transjordan (1921-1946, Emirate)

Transjordan was a Principality in what is now Jordania and was a British ally during World War Two. It provided troops to the British in the so-called Arab Legion. Their main theatre of operation was the invasion of Iraq and Syria where they fought against the Vichy-French.
