Biography

After World War II he emigrated to Australia in 1952. There he first started on the railways, later he switched to an American company that built the Eucumbene Dam.
During a home leave in 1955 he met his wife Luzia and she got married. He returned to Australia, followed by his wife in 1956. In 1957 their son Peter was born. In 1961 they finally returned to Germany, where they live in Munich.
