Biography

Erich Handke was the Radio operator with NJG-1 for Oakleaves recipient Joseph Kraft, later with Diamonds recipient Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer and finally with Oakleaves recipient Martin Drewes. He flew 129 missions and participated in 59 night aerial victories.
