Biography

Joseph Salvestrini was born on April 26th, 1918 a the of Albert and Alegrina Monte Salvestrini. He spend his youth in Ridgefield, Connecticut.

He served in the U.S. Army’s 740th Battalion during World War II from April 1942 to November 1945.

After the war, he worked as a private estate superintendent in North Salem, N.Y. for 30 years. After his retirement he lived in Florida before moving to Lompoc, California.
He passed away in Lompoc, California on November 20th, 2000.
