    Biography

    Louis Napiers was born at JeffersonBarracks, Missouri on February 17th, 1923. He enlisted on January 6th, 1943 and served as Sergeant with the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division in Europe.
    He was honorably discharged in 1945.

    For his wervice after the Second World War he received the Army of Occupation Medal with "Germany" clasp and he was entitled to wear the Presidential Unit Citation, the Belgian Croix de Guerre Fourragere and the Dutch Orange Lanyard.
