Biography

Vincent H. Bunio entered service in Montery, California on March 29th, 1944. He was send to the Far Eastern Theatre on September 26th, 1944 to arrive there on October 28th. After seeing action in Burma and China, he was returned to the States on February 11th, 1946, to arrive there on March 7th. Vincent Bunio was honorably discharged at the Separation Center, Camp Beale, California on March 11th, 1946.

Vincent H. Bunio never received the him awarded decorations. After research and verifications, the NPRC noticed by letter he would still receive the decorations he was entitled to.
