Biography

Robin Hooper was educated at Queen's College,Oxford and became a member of the Oxford University Air Squadron and served some time in the Diplomatic Service.
During the war he became a member of No. 161 Squadron and ultimately Commanding Officer of A Flight.
He continued his career as civil servant after the war when he served as Head of Personnel Department, Foreign Affairs and as Ambassador in Tunisia (24 juni 1966), Aden, Yemen (30 december 1967) and to Greece (February, 1971 - September, 1974)
