"For parachuting into Yugoslavia 19th September, 1943 and acting since then as our W/T operator at Marshal Tito's H.Q. Despite the difficult and often dangerous conditions in which he had to establish his W/T station Park has shown consistent devotion to duty. Owing to his skilful handling the Intelligence traffic enamating from this important H.Q. has been constantly maintained. All officers who have been in contact with this N.C.O. in the field commend him for his outstanding ability and for his good discipline in any dangerous situation."
