    Biography

    Joined the FFL (Free French Army) in Algeria, June 1943.
    Took part in operation Harrod and Barker with HQ Squadron on 12th August 1944 and operation Amherst from 4th April 1945 until 20th April 1945.
    After leaving the army , he resumed his studies in Mathematics , Physics and later on in Economy
    His PhD in economy was obtained after examination of a jury including Professor TIBERGHEN nobel price in economy.The thesis is based on a number of research works in planification and development
    Another Phd ( DOCTORAT d'RTAT) has been obtained on the subject of EPISTEMOLOGY OF TECHNOLOGY.
    He is known as an inventor on different fields isotopic separation; oxydation of hydrocarbons highe definition scanners.
    He is honorary president of the French National Association of Doctors in Economy ( ANDESE) and ex SENIOR SPECIAL FELLOW of UNITAR a UN institute on research and education
