After Regrouping in Great-Britain he participated in operation 'Auchinleck' from february 1944 until june 1944 with HQ of the 'Demi-Brigade', 'France' with 4th SAS, 'Dingson' with the second wave from 9th June 1944 until 18th June 1944 and 'Amherst' from 4th until 20th April 1945 with 18/HQ Squadron, 4th SAS.

1943: Serves in the 1st Free French Division (1re DFL) - 3rd BIA
7th November 1943: disembarked in the UK
November 1943: Appointed to the staff of the 1/2 SAS Brigade
February-June 1944 : Auchinleck
5th June to 14th September 1944: Appointed to the 4th SAS Bat. - 2nd RCP
10th to 18th June 1944 operation Dingson 4th SAS Bat. - 2nd RCP
