"In 1944 Captain Morawicz took over duties of A.A. & Q.M.G. to the Brigade, during this period he has had two difficult periods, First the reorganisation of the whole Brigade on new war establishments. And secondly the mobilisation of the Brigade and despatch overseas, the second taking place very shortly after the first. He has during the above period, worked good humourdly and most willingly with any British Officers with whom he has had dealings.

Much of the success and smoothness of working out the organization, mobilization, and move overseas of the Brigade is due to Captain Morawicz's work".
