"The 165th Infantry Regiment, in which Sergeant Buiukly served, was advancing in the first echelon. On 14 August 1945, on one of the lines near the railway station of Coton, the attackers were stopped by strong machine gun fire from the bunker. At this critical moment Buiukly volunteered to surpress the firing point. The company commander approved his plan.

Our machinegunners surpressed the bunker, while Senior Sergeant, armed with hand grenades, crawled to the enemy firing point. The soldiers closely followed the comrade and waited for the moment fire from the bunker stopped, to rush forward again. At a distance of ten steps, he got a serious wound, stopped, but found the strength to rise and closed the embrasure of the bunker. By sacrifice his own life, Buiukly ensured the success of the fighting regiment."
