CAREER
October 1943 : enter the Waffen SS in Sennheim (Elsass)
January to February 1944 : sent to the SS NCO school in Posen Treskau
March 1944 : responsible of the Melder-zug in the staff company of the SS Sturmbrigade Frankreich in Galicia
22nd August 1944 : withdraw as the last one, taking care of the commander Ostuf Pierre CANCE (WIA) on his motorcycle
12th November 1944 : promoted Hauptscharführer and chef der Pionier-zug in the Waffen Gren. Reg. der SS Nr. 57
02nd to 23rd January 1945 : Pionier course in the SS-Pionier-schule in Hradischko then in the Pionier Führerschule in Pikowitz
March 1945 : appointed to the franz. SS Gren. Ausb. und Erstaz Bataillon in the Nachschub-zug led by SS Ustuf Neubauer
1st April 1945 : in Schweinfurt retreating westwards toward Bavaria
16th to 24th April 1945: between Regensburg and Eggmühl, then stationed near Ergoldsbach and Landshut.
End of April 1945 : designated to be engaged together with the 38.SS Div. Nibelungen against the US and French troops, deserted with two of his men towards Regensburg, arrested and emprisoned.
