CAREER
30th May 1943 : enter the IR 638 - LVF on his 20th birthday
June 1943 : Légionnaire appointed to the 1.Kie I.Bat. IR 638 - LVF
June 1943 - May 1944 : took part to the fightings near Bobr and the withdrawal campaign in Bielorussia with the 1.Kie I.Bat. IR 638 - LVF
May 1944 : on leave in Normandy
September 1944 : transfered to the I.Zug 1.Kie Waffen Grenadier Reg. der SS Nr. 58 - 33. SS Div Charlemagne
Spring 1945 : isolated with his group during the campaing in Pomerania after the battle for the cemetery in Elsenau.
March 1945 : marching through Stolpe then Danzig, the Feldgendarmen sent them to Gotenhafen.
28 March 1945 : captured by the soviets after the battle for Gotenhafen
6th July 1945 : sentenced to death in Bordeaux
3rd November 1945 : sentenced to 3 years emprisonment
12 May 1946 : liberated and pardoned in 1950
June 1952 : entered the French Army
1955 : promoted sergent in the French Army while serving in Indochina
June 1956 - March 1957 : served in Algeria as sous-lieutenant
01st October 1956: promoted to sous-lieutenant de réserve
Ended his career as a colonel
