6 | Normal duties carried out at KIEL, NEUMUNSTER, PLON and PREETZ. Information was received of a German civilian, who had broken jail whilst serving a sentence of 5 months imprisonment, alleged to be armed and living in a shed on some allotments at KIEL. A cordon was thrown round the shed. The man made an attempt to escape but after being fired upon was arrested and handed over to the civil police. |
