Buizer was known by the aliases Johannes J.C. Brouwer, Boni, Piet and Jan Cor Brugman.
He was a professionl W/T operator, escaped to the UK in mid-February 1942 and was recruted by the S.O.E. Just like Van Rietschoten (for whom he acted as W/T operator) he was given the address of Alex Wims, 21 III Topaasstraat, Amsterdam. Both were tasked with training members of the resistance in acts of sabotage. Buizer and Van Rietschoten were arrested on landing near Holten, Overijssel and transferred to the SD-Polizeigefängnis in Haaren for interrogation. Buizer was ultimately murdered in concentration camp Mauthausen.
