Peacekeepers Afghanistan] was killed in an attack with an improvised explosive device. The attack took place around 3 p.m. local time (12:30 p.m. Dutch time) about 11 kilometers north of Kamp Holland, in the vicinity of the advanced military post Tabar in the Deh Rafshan area.
