Jacques Louis César Alexandre Randon, 1st Count Randon
1811: volunteered and joined his uncle, général Jean Gabriel Marchand in the napoleonic army at Warsaw
April 11th,1812: promoted to sergent
September 7th, 1812: distinguished himself during the Battle of La Moskova / Borodino, Russia and promoted to sous-lieutenant for bravery
May 02nd, 1813: WIA two times during the battle of Lützen / Grossgörchen
May 20th,1813: aide de camp, général Jean Gabriel Marchand, battle of Bautzen
October 16th,1813: promoted to lieutenant, battle of Leipzig
1814: crossed the Alps to protect Savoie and Dauphiné
1815: aide-de-camp of his uncle, général Jean Gabriel Marchand, commandant, 7e division militaire, Grenoble
1815: promoted to capitaine.
1815: rallied Napoleon I and fought in Belgium
June 16th,1815: WIA at the battle of Ligny / Fleurus
October 1816-October 1822: Chasseurs de la Meuse et de de la Sarthe
