Went into service in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 17th June 1943. Of the tankcrew only Sergeant Lewis M. Booth, Tank Commander survived. The other crew members, Sgt Lawrence Lasardia, Driver; Ass. Driver Jerry Malken, Gunner Pfc James Hegnes all were killed.
