    Biography

    Charles Foreman was born on 10th September 1925 as the son of Ernest L. and Faye Miller Foreman. After his graduation at the Rockford, Michigan High School he entlisted in the U.S. Army in 1943.

    Charles Foreman was placed with the 87th Infantry Division whcih took him into the battles for the Ardennes, the Rhineland, Central-Europe and took part in the liberation of Camp Buchenwald.

    After his military service, Charles Foreman completed his education at the Michigan State University. He went to Marquette in 1965 and served as Council Executive of the Hiawathaland Council and later he served as director of the Marquette Senior Center.
    Charles Foreman died on 11th December 2009.
