Victor Davenant Purvis was born on August 24th, 1922 as the son of Joseph Cecil Purvis and Ellen Louise Humphrys.
He was killed hwen his Lancaster Mk I, ME859 KM-S crashed near Equennes-Eramecourt in the night of July 7th/8th, 1944.
He lies buried in a collective grave at the Equennes Cemetery in France.
