Biography

On the night of 12/13 April 1943 Halifax II BB340 NF-D took off from RAF Tempsford (No. 138 Special Duties Squadron).
There were 8 crew members and a SOE-agent Clément Marc Jumeau.
Outbound the aircraft was hit bij Flak and crash landed at Douvres-la-Delivrande, Calvados, France.
Jensen was captured PoW 42736 - Camp 9c
Jumeau was captured too and died in capivity due to TB/lack of treatment and medical care. The other crew memebers - apart from the W/Op/A Gnr who was killed in the crash- evaded capture.
