Biography

French special agent serving in the Special Operations Executive parachuted during the night of the 6-7 February 1944 near Poitiers - France to monitor the réseau SURVEYOR among the railwaymen.
Also parachuted were Robert Byerly a US radio, François Deniset a Canadian weapon instructor, Jacques Ledoux responsible of the réseau ORATOR.
All 4 were arrested during the landing and most probably executed duringtheir captivity in Gross-Rosen in August or September 1944.
