Biography

On October 18, 1941, in the Leo Subdivision, he cut the telegraph line connecting Ouéssa and Léo near the village of Beara, 28 km from Ouéssa.

Arrested on November 30, 1941 in Ouéssa by a border guard, he was interned in the Bobo-Dioulasso civil prison and then in the Dakar mixed prison.

Convicted to death for "treason", on May 12, 1942, by the Permanent Military Tribunal of Dakar, he was executed on October 23, 1942 in Dakar. He was buried in the Dakar cemetery.
