Formerly CGS to General Zajac in 1941-42 he has served latterly as MGA HQ Polish Army in the Middle East. During his active service in support of the Allied War effort this officer has displayed exceptional ability coupled with great powers of organization. He has been of particular assistance to the British General Staff on the many occasions when it has been necessary to undertake the re-organization on British lines of various Units of the Polish Army."
