Biography
Took part while serving with the Polish Army in the September Campaign in Poland from 24-8-'39 to 28-9-'39, the prisoner of war in Russia. Released on amnesty, joined the Polish Forces in Russia on 16-9-'41 and on crossing with them the Russo-Persian fronter, came under British Command in Persia on 15-8-'42. Served in the Middle East (1942-44) and in Italy (1944) where he took part in the Allied operation. He died from injuries sustained in a car accident at Porto S. Giorgio, Italy on 3-7-'44.
