Orden Ushakova

This Order was instituted March 3rd. 1944 and has two classes.
The 1st class can be awarded to naval officers for the succesfull planning and execution of maritine operations and for victories resulting from such operations.
The 2nd class can be awarded to naval officers for the succesfull planning and direction of a sea battle resulting in the destruction of a great number of enemies.
