Czechoslovakia was formed in Paris on October 18th, 1918 and proclamed in Prague on October 28th of that year. In this constitution is excisted until the autonomy of Sudetenland in 1938. After the German invasion of March 16th, 1939, the country was devided into a protecotrate of Bohemia and Moravia and a independent state Slovakia. The Czech government went into excile and was recognized by the Allies. In 1945 the country retrieved its free status until it in 1948 became a Communist State within the influence of the Soviet Union.
