1   In the meantime 8 Br Inf Bde had a counter-attack role. In the event of an enemy attack 2 E Yorks were to occupy postions in the area of KLOOSTER 7153, to move later if the situation required, to positions around the LOOK-OUT TOWER 730528 (at present part of the area occupied by Tps of the 101 USA Airborne Div). Both these localities were recce’d by the Commanding Officer and Coy Comds.
