Crossing by MAASTRICHT Bridge permitted only to Staff Cars, Jeeps, special priority traffic, and by special arrangements other vehicles. The weather appeared to be getting better in the morning. There was a cold and strong wind, which, had it continued for a few days, would have helped to dry up the mud, but at midday it started to rain again. |
