| 12 | One of the gloomier happenings during the day was the cancellation of trips to PARIS. British troops are no longer allowed to go sight seeing in the city. This was rather a disappointment as several organised parties had been arranged and the troops were more than looking forward to visiting the capital of the country they were fighting to liberate. |
