At 2300 hrs 500 refugees from VENLO area were accomodated in the Flora Hall, HELMOND & as a result the Hall was closed for entertainment. No. 2 section painted & patrolled “Hat” Route. No. 3 section Main H.Q. duties. No. 4 section duties at ZOMEREN & control of 3 bridges. Traffic at the birdges was light to medium. No. 5 section T.M.C. duties. No. 6 section painted & patrolled “Triangle” Route. No. 7 section police duties at HELMOND and on “Hat” Route. No. 8 section painted & patrolled “Triangle” and Circle Rtn Routes.
