    "Throughout operations in Holland from the Scheldt operations to the Nijmegen-Arnhem operation when the 4 Cdn Med Regt RCA was in support of the 101 US Airborne Division and on several occasions in the Loon up Zand sector, Battery Sergeant-Major Archambault displayed superb qualities in action. Always doing more that his duties called for he never hesitated to risk his life for the success of the operations of his battery. By his example and his conduct the morale and fighting spirit of this men were always kept at a high level. BSM Archambault has made a considerable contribution to the effectiveness of the unit during operations in Holland."
