Armand was born on January 18 1912 in Port Arthur Ontario, the son of René Charles Pariseau and Mary Pariseau nee Carroll (deceased) of Winnipeg. They were married on June 30 1908 in Port Arthur. His brother was Albert V. Pariseau (also in the army overseas) and brother René (1910) and sister Agnes Pariseau (1911) died during the infancy.
He was a clerk grade 4 (civil servant) and member of the Freethinker. He spoke English fluently and French fair. His sports were basketball, swimming and baseball and his hobby was reading. He obtained The M.A. teacher (History and Latin).
He served from February 1 1940 with the Winnipeg Light Infantry (M.G) of the Non-Permanent Active Militia of Canada. He enlisted on September 17 1941 the Canadian Officers’ Training Corps in Ottawa and he was discharged on October 17 1941 due to not attending the parades B.S.C. He enlisted on November 29 1941 then the RCAF in Ottawa and he went on November 2 1942 thereafter overseas to the UK.
Norman was killed in action on Wednesday June 23 1943 age 31 due to a crash at the hamlet of Bronsbergen near the river IJssel near Zutphen before or after an attack on Mülheim in Germany. The other fallen RCAF crew members were F/O Norman D. Reid (AFC) age 28 in grave E-14-17, Sgt Norman F. Notley age 20 in grave E-14-17, F/O Byron M. Gracie age 23 in grave E-13 and F/Sgt Harry P. Heximer age 29 in grave E-12. The other fallen RAF Volunteer Reserve crew members were Sgt Durston Mann age 21 in grave E-14-17 and Sgt Peter B. Robinson age 21 in grave E-18.

He served with the 427 Sqdn Royal Canadian Air Force.
