Klaus Brenger reached the rank of Grenadier and on his dogtag stood the text A.5046-St.Kp.Pz.Gr.E.B. 4. He was killed in October 1944 in the vicinity of Bemmel. His remains were at first buried at the Communal Cemetery De Teselaar in Bemmel and was transferred to the German War Cemetery in Ysselsteyn on October 20th, 1957.
