Biography

John "Jackie" Reid was born in Dullatur as the son to John and Elizabeth "Lexie" Reid and was married to Lilian Joan Reid-Cope. On June 26th, 1944 the deHavilland Mosquito FB.VI, NS880 crashed during a test flight. Pilot John Reid and his navigator Roy Edgar Phillips were killed in the crash.
