Geroge C. Nemec was born on July 5th, 1928 and entered service on January 18th, 1946. He served with the US Ocupation forces in the Pacific from September 18th, 1947 until October 24th, 1948. He served as a mechanic with the 18th Motorvehicle Sqaudron and finally reached the rank of Private First Class.
