Biography

Robert Bryce Farmiloe alias Maitland-Edwards was born on 10 May 1919. His birth was registered under his surname, Maitland-Edwards, but with no forename. He later adopted his mother's surname, Farmiloe.
Farmiloe married Thelma Beal in 1939 in the district of Gosport, Hampshire.
During WW2 he served in the RAF.
On 3 March 1945 he crash landed Typhoon IB MP113 in Zeeland, The Netherlands
Farmiloe died as a result of an aircraft accident on 15 November 1945
