Biography
Heinrich Robert Kowalewski was severely wounded during an emergency landing on December 22nd, 1942 after suffering engine failure.
During his career he destroyed 16 ships (95.528 BRT) over the course of 280 missions and claimed shooting down two enemy aircraft.
