Biography

Gerhard Brenner was shot down by anti-aircraft fire on June 14th, 1942 with his Junkers Ju 88 A-4, L1+CH, 1. Staffel, Lehrgeschwader 1, during the attack on convoy Vigorous. He crashed at 100 km south of Crete. On August 4th, 1944 he was formally declared MIA.
