Biography

Rudolf Waldemar Harbig ws a German Athlete who on the Olympic Games of 1936 won the bronze medal with the 4x400 m staffel. From 1936 until 1941 he was the German champion at the 800 m and in 1942 German champion at the 400 m. In 1938 in Paris he received golf at the 800 m and at the 4x400 m staffel at the European championships. TDuring the Second World War he served as a paratrooper Oberfeldwebel and was reported missing in action on March 5th, 1944..
