Biography

Arthur James Pretty was with the Blue Star line as an engineer, throughout World War Two. He served on the Brisbane Star in the Malta Convoy. He joined the Blue Star Line in 1936, and resigned with Chief's tickets in Steam and Diesel in 1949.
