Biography

Erwin Stalp flew with 6. / Jagdgeschwader 54 in Messerschmidt Bf 109F-2 5543 when he was shot down near Gostizy on July 31st, 1941. He lies buried at the Sammelfriedhof, Narva (Estonia).

As far as known Erwin Stalp was credited for shooting down a Tupolev SB-2 (June 26th, 1941), an Ilyushin DB-3 (June 30th, 1941), again two Tupolev SB-2 (July 16th and 17th, 1941) and a Tupolev SB-2 on the day he was shot down himself.
