Biography

Vitéz László Duska was born in Bártfa, Hungary on 5th February 1912. He followed his military education at the the Ludovika Military Academy. After the Second World War he emigrated to Canada and lived in Calgary, where he was employed as a Seismic Interpreter. He was President of the Hungarian Armed Forces Association (Magyar Harcosok Bajtársi Közössége) and a mentor of Hungarian literary and cultural activities in Canada and abroad. He passed away on 1st October 1987.
