Biography

Norman Oscar Larson studied for 6 months at the University of Kansas when he enlisted on February 12th, 1944. Duting the remaining of Ww2 he served with Company B, 311th Infantry Regiment, 78th Infantry Division. He reached the rank of Sergeant.

After his honorable discharge het entered the United States Naval Academy on July 27th, 1945 and served with the U.S. Navy from 1949 until 1977, for instanc eon the U.S.S. Mount McKinley (AGC 7). Here he reached the rank of Captain.
