    Biography

    Adriaan Manschot was as an Officier-Vlieger 3e. kl, Royal Dutch Navy Reserves, placed with a group Dornier Do 24 Flying Boats, when war broke out in the Dutch East Indies in December 1941. After the capitulation of the Dutch East Indien Forces, he was transferred to England and placed with No. 320 Squadron.
    He was killed op February 9th, 1945 over Tienen, Belgium when his Mitchell FW 212 collided with Mitchell FR 165, both form No. 320 Squadron.
