"For heroism and extraordinary achievement in aerial flight as Ordnanceman of a Patrol Plane in Patrol Bombing Squadron ONE HUNDRED FORTY NINE, in action against enemy Japanese forces in the Southwest Pacific Area, from 14 March to 22 May 1945. Completing his twentieth combat mission during this period, JABLONSKI rendered invaluable assistance to his pilot and contributed materially to the success of his plane. His courage and devotion to duty were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service."
