Biography
Oskar Freiherr von Hohenhausen und Hochhaus was the son of Maximilian Leonhard Sylvius Sigmund Joseph Freiherr von Hohenhausen and Hochhaus en Maria Freiin von Freudenberg.
He served with the Bundeswehr from 1956 until 1962. Here he finally reached the rank of Oberstleutnant.

February 1st, 1931: Oberleutnant;
July 1st, 1935: Hauptmann;
November 1st, 1940: Major;
December 1st, 1942: Oberstleutnant.

Major Joachim Domaschk noted: "not processed". The presentation date 11-5-1945 was assigned by Walther-Peer Fellgiebel. Hohenhausen und Hochhaus was a member of the Association of Knight's Cross Recipients (OdR).
