Director of the Nutsspaarbank and he worked against German regulations for the banking industry. Financial support for the illegality. Was summoned to the Scholtenshuis several times.
Around 23:00 in the evening, the doorbell rang at his house in the Oude Ebbingestraat. Bossinga was taken to the Grote Markt and shot in the back and head. He was shot dead by the German SD'er Jozef Kindel. The murder was revenge for the liquidation of NSB'er and policeman Anne Jannes Elsinga. The Silbertanne murder of Bront Bossinga took place on 31 December 1943 in Groningen.
Involved: Kindel, Schäper (shooter) led by Knorr (all SD'ers).
