Colin Leo Malcolm Forsyth was the son to Kenneth Malcolm Forsyth and Eva Forsyth (Robinson) and was married to Jean Forsyth(Clarke).
He was killed on May 8th, 1944 as Air Gunner with the rank of Flying Officer, when his North American Mitchell piloted by Wing Commander R.F.K. Bell-Irving, No. 98 Squadron, was shot down by anti-aircraft fire on the way back form a sortie, at Cambron near Abbeville, France. All crewmembers were killed.
